In 2022, we celebrated our 10th year since relaunching as a new company.
Through consistent and diligent efforts, we have been fortunate to form many connections and have engaged in business with 1,100 companies over these 10 years.
First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude to all our customers who have done business with us.
Looking back over the past 10 years, we have been involved in a variety of transportation projects and have had opportunities to receive expressions of “Thanks”.
I am reminded once again that we must continue to pursue the level of service that earns “Thanks”, as this is where our social significance lies.
All of us will review our approach to customers and cargo, which we inherited from our predecessor, Flying Fish Services Inc., and will continue to face each customer and every container with sincerity.
Furthermore, in response to the industry’s shift toward digital transformation, “BORDERLESS 2.0” was released in 2023.
We will continue to promote digital transformation to improve our internal operations and the services provided to our customers.
At the same time, rather than relying solely on IT, we will offer flexible services that combine the efficiency of technology with human intelligence we have cultivated since our founding.
The next 10 years will be a decade of great change for our company.
Embracing the principle of learning from the past while innovating for the future, we all unite under the new guidelines to drive change.
